5. Gmail Integration & Authentication Security

Our Gmail AI Agent integrates with your Gmail account through Google's secure authentication system. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 Google OAuth 2.0 Authentication

• All Gmail account connections use Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol
• We never request, store, or have access to your Gmail password or credentials
• You can revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings
• Our access is limited to the specific permissions you grant during the authorization process

5.2 Data Processing & Storage Policy

• AI Training Exclusion: Your Gmail data is never used to train our AI models or improve our algorithms

5.3 Security Measures

6. Subscription and Payment

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gmail AI Agent and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Privacy Policy & Gmail Data Protection

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gmail AI Agent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms
